Welcome to Ripe Creatives. By browsing, buying, or just vibing on our website (ripecreatives.art), you're agreeing to the terms below. Please give them a quick read— we like to keep things cool, but also clear.

1. Overview

Ripe Creatives is a streetwear studio and creative playground offering limited-run, made-to-order gear. When you use this site or make a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you’re not down with that, please don’t use the site.

2. Products & Availability

Everything we drop is limited— once it’s gone, it’s really gone. We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Drops may sell out fast. If you see something you love, don’t wait— we don't do reruns unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing, fix typos, or adjust listings as needed. We accept major payment methods through Shopify’s secure checkout.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days via our print-on-demand partner. You’ll get a tracking number once your order’s headed your way.

We’re not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or time-warping rifts in the signal. (It happens.)

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order just for you, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Got an issue? Email us at hello@ripecreatives.art within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make things right if we messed up.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this site— designs, logos, characters, and branding— is the property of Ripe Creatives.
Please don’t use, copy, remix, or resell without permission. Respect the signal.

7. User Conduct

No shady business. You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive. Don't try to hack, exploit, or mess with the experience— Parkie don’t play that.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for any direct, indirect, or cosmic-level damages that result from using the site or buying our stuff. Use at your own risk— but like, a reasonable one.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted here. Keep checking in if you're the fine-print type. Continued use means you accept the updates.
