We keep it simple:
All sales are final.
Because everything is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges — no sizing swaps, no color switch-ups, no buyer’s remorse.
But — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wildly not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ripecreatives.art with:

If it’s a legit issue, we’ll make it right.
Thanks for understanding — this limited-run heat is meant to be final. No reruns. No restocks. No takebacks.
💸 Refund Policy
At Ripe Creatives, all items are made-to-order, which means we don’t hold inventory — every piece is created just for you. Because of that:
🚫 All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

Limited drops that sell out after purchase

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or, in rare cases, a refund. We may not accept claims submitted after 7 days.
⚠️ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your item is already in production and cannot be canceled or changed.
